The Capuchin day centre has been my charity of choice for a long time. I see the queues increase year on year and not only at Christmas time which is so sad that so many people are struggling. As a way of paying forward the generosity and kindness that my clients have shown me and in the spirit of Christmas, Holistics Eimear has made a donation to the Capuchin Day centre.

Nollaig Shona! Wishing you a lovely Christmas and the very best in health and happiness for the New Year.
I'm finishing up work today and am taking a break for a couple of weeks until Monday, 10th January 2022.
In 2022, I plan to continue seeing a reduced number of clients and keep up with all hygiene and safety requirements. As a result, appointments will continue to be limited. Please get in touch in the New Year if you would like to be added to the waiting list.

Nollaig Shona ! Wishing you & all your loved ones a very happy & safe Christmas. May 2021 be a better year for everyone.
I finished work yesterday and was hoping to reopen on Monday 4th January. However with level 5 I will be unable to work for massage and reflexology. I'm waiting on updates from my acupuncture association AFPA on whether or not I can potentially do some acupuncture treatments. I will be in touch with all my clients who have appointments booked closer to their dates with updates. This year has been extremely difficult for everyone and I really want to stress how much I appreciate all the kind words, patience and encouragement from my clients. Stay safe & well Eimear x
