It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our much-loved colleague, Kitty Lowry.
Kitty was a valued and dedicated member of the D15GP team for many years. Her kindness, compassion, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to our patients and colleagues touched the lives of so many. She will be deeply missed by all of us.
As a mark of respect and to allow our staff to attend Kitty’s funeral, D15GP Surgery will be closed on Wednesday.
If you require urgent medical attention during this time, please contact DDOC (Dublin Doctor on Call). In the event of a medical emergency, please attend your nearest Emergency Department or call 999/112.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and support during this difficult time.
