**Prenatal Pilates led by a physio- places available**

2 of my gorgeous mamas attended their last class at 39++ weeks last night!! They hoped to get the ball rolling 😉 but also shared that they feel so good the day after they come to class ❤️

It's my first time prepping for a Pilates class since my wonderful Dad passed away💔💙

Thank you for your patience and kind words over the last while.

The real world is different now but im tip-toeing back in....

Normal classes will resume in September, I will be in touch over the summer to validate waiting lists etc.
