Sometimes it’s not your skin.
You look in the mirror and feel like your face is tired…
a bit heavy, a bit dull, like nothing really helps.
And you try — creams, facials, more hydration.
But the feeling stays.
Very often it’s not about the skin itself.
It’s tension.
It’s a nervous system that never really switches off.
Jaw holding.
Forehead tight.
Face always “on”.
In my work, we don’t just treat the skin.
We help the face soften, release, and finally exhale.
