I work in Dramatherapy setting or Creative Drama, with groups and individuals. I have extensive experience working with children, teenagers and adults in a community setting. I also have experience working with men and women in the Irish Prison Service. Dramatherapy is a therapeutic process, using creative methods to explore, play and come to a deeper understanding of ourselves, unlocking our true

Doing the Certificate did make me think about where I am going with my practice and I decided I really want to focus on getting my Supervision Practice up and running.

I completed the Diploma in Supervision last August so time to get moving with that.

Update on Trainjng 🤍
In October 2025 I began a Cert in Art Therapy Skills & then I was going to go on & do the final year of a Degree in Art Psychotherapy.

I already have a Masters in Drama psychotherapy.

I’ve now decided not to do the degree I was doing it because of Cory regulations coming down the line.

I was afraid that my masters wouldn’t be accepted.

What I’ve learned from this

No.1 It is never a good idea to something out of fear.

No.2 It is okay to change your mind.

No.3 We never have to feel guilty or feel like we let we are letting people down when we change our mind because it is our life our career and our future.

We are now closed for Christmas 🎄 Re-opening on the 12th Jan 2026.

I am humbled by all of the children, teens and young adults that have worked with though out the year.
I am in awe of your growth & development. 🤍

I learn from each and every one of you, to be a better human & therapist. We are always growing and learning no matter watch age. And doesn’t it make life exciting!

MINDFUL MONDAYS WITH ENRICH ART THERAPY

Wow 🤩

I don't know why this hasn't received more publicity, but this fifty-foot sculpture was unveiled recently in South Dakota.
It's called 'Dignity' and was done by artist Dale Lamphere to honor the women of the Sioux Nation.
