🌈 June is Pride Month and we are proud to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community and celebrate the values of inclusion, respect and acceptance that are so important to us at Fern Dean.

Our home has been beautifully decorated with colourful Pride displays, helping to create an atmosphere of celebration, visibility and belonging for everyone who lives, works and visits here.

We believe that every person deserves to feel valued, respected and free to be themselves. Diversity enriches our home, and we are committed to fostering an environment where everyone is welcomed with kindness, dignity and understanding.

Pride Month is an opportunity to celebrate individuality, reflect on the progress that has been made, and recognise the importance of continuing to build inclusive spaces where everyone can feel at home.

Recently, we had the pleasure of bringing together our admin and support staff for a special get-together to celebrate and thank them for all they do. Their hard work, commitment and support are at the heart of everything we achieve, and their efforts never go unnoticed.✨

As a small token of our appreciation, each team member received a gift from The Fern Dean. It was wonderful to spend time together, recognise their contributions, and celebrate the difference they make every day.
