I absolutely love giving facial treatments! The face is such a beautiful area to work, we express and communicate so much through our face and take in so much through our 5 senses senses which are all on our face.. Our brain is just behind our face, and our crown, third eye and throat chakras are all around our face! Energetically, I find it is such a profound and enjoyable area to work 💆‍♀️ 🧠 🤯 🥰

But physcially, we have so much going on in our face and head too! My facial massage and reflexology treatments use evidence based techniques that work are based on stimulating lymphatic flow and releasing muscular tension.

Being a nurse, I am a bit of an anatomy and physiology nerd! So all of my treatments include physical and evidence-based techniques as well as working intuitively, energetically and empathetically 💕💕

Dervish Holistic have some really amazing crystal facial tools which I use in both my massage and reflexology treatments at Dervish. They have asked me to demonstrate the use of these tools and I will be in the shop this weekend to talk all about them and offer some taster treatments too!

I will be in the shop, but depending on how busy the shop is, I might be in the treatment room at the back instead!

Facial reflexology is a beautiful treatment that stimulates lymphatic drainage, improves complexion, releases tension and enhances overall health and wellbeing.

I will be giving facial reflexology demos and taster treatments in Dervish next weekend on Saturday and Sunday!

Dervish have some beautiful Crystal facial rollers and guashas which are fabulous self-care tools and I will demo and explain the benefits of these tools!
