ISQua has launched its second Green Paper, Towards Higher Quality, Safer Care: Reducing Greenhouse Gases – A Call to Action on Health System Decarbonisation 🌱

Developed in collaboration with the Australian Institute of Health Innovation AIHI at Macquarie University, this evidence-based roadmap supports health systems to reduce emissions while improving patient safety, quality and resilience. Drawing on 205 studies across 26 countries, the paper highlights why sustainability must be central to the future of healthcare.

The Green Paper will be officially launched at the ISQua International Conference in Dublin on 28 Sept 2026, with insights from lead author Professor Jeffrey Braithwaite.
