If you are pregnant, antenatal classes helps you to prepare for labour, the birth of your baby, and becoming a parent. Classes also include practical advice on how to care for your baby after their arrival, as well as how to look after yourself.

Join our Midwife's Diary and become more confident with your Labour experience, be informed and be prepared, with the Ultimate Antenatal Class.
