Everyone has different needs when it comes to their physical and spinal health....

Personally I get adjusted weekly & have done now for over 10years.... with a busy physical job that I love, it’s my priority to do the right things & feel 1000% now in order to help people to the maximum and to do that in decades to come 👴🏻

Patients when they’re visiting for the first time may need a few weeks/months of intensive treatment in order to help heal and improve their initial condition, that they’ve been neglecting.

Let’s face it we’ve all been sitting more the last year everything that’s been going on 🦠🥲

▶️Sitting ▶️Bending ▶️Lifting - we need a clean full pivot between the spine and pelvis to do this safely & effectively!

It’s no surprise that this area is where the most common low back, disc, sciatic & muscular complaints happen 🆘❌
