This 50hr Yin module, led by Judit Gazdacska Judit's Yoga, is aimed at certified Yoga Teachers who have completed a 200hr YTT course. Attendees can expect cover the following main areas:

•Yin Yoga Philosophy and Theory
•Functional Anatomy & Fascia
•Practice and Analysis of Classical Yin Poses
•Sequence and Class Building
•Integrating Mediation and Breathing Exercises
•Teaching Skills and Cueing
•Safety, Injuries and Modifications
•Energetic/Philosophical Topics (Meridians, 5 Elements, etc.)

ℹ️ Course Fees €699 [€99 deposit + 2x €300 instalments]

Additionally, eight Yin classes at Vibe are included, to enhance your journey.
