Yes, let's scrutinise the hell out of the data centres. But let's not stop there.....

Ireland's data centres use an estimate 2.2 million liters of fresh water a day.

Meat production has an estimate of around 34 million liters A DAY!!!

If we are going to have a conversation about water, let's have the whole conversation.

Yoga has taught me to question my choices, not just follow the loudest conversation.

We've become obsessed with what to eat.

High protein.
Low carb.
Anti-inflammatory.
Superfoods.

But we rarely ask a much simpler question.

Is my body in a good state to digest this food?

We've all heard the phrase "rest and digest," yet many of us eat while rushing, driving, scrolling or working.

One of the things I love about yoga is that it doesn't just change how we move. It helps us understand how the body works, and why things like the nervous system matter in everyday life.

This is one of the many topics we'll explore on my 100 Hour Yoga Student Training.

📍 St. Michael's House, Raheny, Dublin 5
đź“… Level 1 starts 12 September 2026
💷 €650 (or €550 Early Bird when you book before the end of July)

This isn't a yoga teacher training.

It's 100 hours dedicated to understanding yoga, your body and yourself through practice, philosophy and science.

If you've ever wanted to go deeper than the weekly class, this course was created for you.

Have you ever changed your mind about something that felt really important?

When I first announced my Yoga Student Training, it was 210 hours and included a teaching pathway.

Then I removed it.

At first, I thought I was making a mistake. I worried people would expect a teacher training. I worried that if someone spent all these hours studying yoga, they would naturally want to teach it.

But the more I sat with it, the clearer it became.

There are already plenty of excellent yoga teacher trainings.

What I couldn't find was a place for people who simply wanted to study yoga more deeply without the pressure or expectation of becoming a teacher.

Yoga doesn't only belong in a studio. It belongs in how you move through your day, how you respond to challenges, how you care for yourself and how you relate to other people.

That is the course I wanted to create.

Not another qualification.

Just a space to become a more informed, curious and grounded student.

And there's another reason I removed the teaching pathway.

It comes from something that never quite sat right with me during my own 200-hour training.

I'll share that in the next reel.

I'd love to hear your thoughts. If you could spend 100 hours studying something purely for yourself, with no certificate or career at the end of it, would you? Why or why not?

Top 5 FAQs about the 100 Hour Yoga Student Training

1. How many people will be on the course?

8-10 people max.

I want this to feel personal, supportive and spacious enough for real discussion, questions and individual guidance. Yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all and I want to be able to adapt practices to the actual people in the room.

I’ve also found from teaching retreats and smaller group spaces over the years that this number creates a really lovely dynamic. Big enough for connection, conversation and friendships to form, but small enough that people don’t get lost in the room.

2. Do you do payment plans?

Yes. Once the deposit is paid, I’m very flexible with the remaining payments and happy to chat about what works best for each individual.

3. Can I skip Level 1 and join Level 2?

This depends on the person.

If you’re completely new to yoga, I’d recommend starting with Level 1. If you already have experience or previous training, we can chat and I can recommend the best way to prepare for Level 2.

4. I’ve never practised yoga before (or it’s been years). Can I still join?

Yes.

This course is beginner friendly and the physical practices can be adapted to different levels and abilities. The most important thing is openness, curiosity and a genuine interest in learning.

5. How much study will I need to do outside class hours?

That’s really up to you.

This isn’t a teacher training, so there’s no required homework or assessment. But yoga is a lifelong practice, and honestly, the more you put into it, the more you’ll get back from it.
