Top 5 FAQs about the 100 Hour Yoga Student Training
1. How many people will be on the course?
8-10 people max.
I want this to feel personal, supportive and spacious enough for real discussion, questions and individual guidance. Yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all and I want to be able to adapt practices to the actual people in the room.
I’ve also found from teaching retreats and smaller group spaces over the years that this number creates a really lovely dynamic. Big enough for connection, conversation and friendships to form, but small enough that people don’t get lost in the room.
2. Do you do payment plans?
Yes. Once the deposit is paid, I’m very flexible with the remaining payments and happy to chat about what works best for each individual.
3. Can I skip Level 1 and join Level 2?
This depends on the person.
If you’re completely new to yoga, I’d recommend starting with Level 1. If you already have experience or previous training, we can chat and I can recommend the best way to prepare for Level 2.
4. I’ve never practised yoga before (or it’s been years). Can I still join?
Yes.
This course is beginner friendly and the physical practices can be adapted to different levels and abilities. The most important thing is openness, curiosity and a genuine interest in learning.
5. How much study will I need to do outside class hours?
That’s really up to you.
This isn’t a teacher training, so there’s no required homework or assessment. But yoga is a lifelong practice, and honestly, the more you put into it, the more you’ll get back from it.
