- Monday the 18th “Post-Natal-Pilates- 5 week course - In Person

- Tuesday the 19th Physio-Led-Pilates- 6 weeks course - In Person

Weekly online zoom pilates classes also available every Tuesday @ 6.30pm

All classes are ran by Chartered Physiotherapists. These classes are tailored around your individual needs.

🔥Deep buttock pain🔥

There are a group of deep gluteal muscles which can sometimes sensitise the sciatic nerve.

We offer a range of treatments manual therapy, neural mobilisations dry needling to help reduce the pain.

We then look at the underlying reasons why the pain has developed by screening your movements and device a suitable program to prevent reoccurrence of symptoms.

Lunch time mobility-
Tight neck/shoulders/arms!

Just like your joints your nerves need to be mobilised too. Good neural mobility is key for the management of upper limb injuries such as tennis elbow/carpel tunnel and much more. Nerves do not like to be stretched, they like to be mobilised. Please seek professional medical advise, if symptomatic. Note these should not be painful todo
