🌴 Holiday Notice 🌴

I would like to let my clients know that I will be on holiday throughout the month of August and will not be available for appointments during this time.

If you would like to book a treatment before my break, I still have some availability in June and July. Advance booking is recommended as appointments are limited.

What a day! ☘️ 5 years ago, when I was diagnosed with CML, I was sure I would never be able to run one. To run a marathon was always on my bucket list, and on Sunday I was able to tick the box. Even though I’m still on treatment, I was still able to run it. It was even more special because my husband ran it as well, and my mom, sister, and nephew came all the way from Poland to support me. I’m super grateful to my friend Maria, who was my family’s guide for a day! Big shoutout to members for being great support during the race 👏💪🏻🥳

What is Bowen Technique therapy?
