Over the last few years, through hundreds of conversations with clients, students, even casual chats… I’ve realised how much confusion there still is around lymphatic drainage.

Some of the things I hear are honestly surprising - not because people don’t care, but because there’s so much mixed information out there.

So let me clear a few things up ⤵️
This is not about chasing a “snatched” look for a few days.
This is about how your body functions.
When your lymphatic system is supported properly, everything shifts - fluid retention, inflammation, digestion, even how your body holds shape.
