Staff enjoyed a training day on Wednesday. Refreshed in How to deal with Challenging behavior.

Thankfully we don't have to deal often with challenging behavior but really good to refresh and learn new skills.
Thank you to .ie for providing this training and to Aine the trainer for being a really good sport 😀
