When relationships feel messy, draining, or like a never-ending soap opera 🎭, you might be caught in the Drama Triangle.

We can slip between roles of Victim, Rescuer, and Persecutor without even realising it. The result is a cycle of blame, fixing, and helplessness that leaves everyone frustrated.

The good news is that there is a healthier way forward: the Winner’s Triangle 💡, where we show up as Vulnerable, Supportive, and Assertive.

I’ve recently started my private psychotherapy practice here in Dublin, and now comes the daunting task of letting the world know I exist!

My intention is to use this space to share updates on availability, gentle reflections on the process of therapy, and resources that may be supportive around mental health and wellbeing.
