I’m not sure where this road will go but I want to be fully on it from the start. It has been a really tough decision and quite an emotional one too.
I started running the 200hour yoga Teacher Training in
2016 and it has brought me so much joy! But it feels like a new chapter and when one door closes another usually opens.

The studio will continue with all the amazing teachers.
I will be moving to Tues / Thurs morning classes mid-September depending оп my workload.
I have one CPD module and one day Retreat planned this year so book in now if interested 🙏

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all the support. It has been an honour and a privilege to train all the beautiful teachers up to this point and to be a part of your journey 💕

22 years married today, 29 years together ❤️

Lots of memories, laughter, adventures, challenges, change and everything in between.

The last two decades are impossible to capture in a few words. There have been beautiful moments and difficult ones, times when life asked more of us than we thought we had to give, and challenges that tested us in ways we never expected.

But through it all, there is so much to be grateful for.
For the memories we created.
For the lessons we learned.
For the hard times we somehow found our way through.
For the family and life that grew from those years.
And for all the versions of ourselves we have been along the way ❤️

It’s a long time, long enough to change, grow, lose your way, find your way back, and become different people from the ones who first said “I do.”

Celebrating our anniversary today with gratitude for the journey, for what it taught me, and for all the moments that shaped the life we shared.

That’s a lot of life lived 💕
