I am a qualified Physical Therapist with a degree from the Institute of Physical Therapy and Applied Science (IPTAS) and I am also certified in Massage, Dry Needing and First Aid. I offer holistic and patient centered therapy which focuses on hands-on treatment of the body's joints and soft tissues - muscles, tendons, ligaments nerves and fascia. I use a variety of techniques including movement, m

assage, myofascial techniques, positional release, joint mobilisations, dry needling and rehabilitation exercies to treat your condition and restore you to your optimum physical health. Price List:
- First appointment (60 - 75 mins) €60
- Subsequent appointments (45 - 60 mins) €60
- Full Body Massage (Deep Tissue/ Sports/ Relaxing) (60 mins) €60
- Half Body Massage (Deep Tissue/ Sports/ Relaxing) (30 mins) €40
