Smaller groups allow for closer observation, more precise feedback, and progression that reflects your ability, not the pace of the room.

At Stronger that level of attention becomes realistic and consistent.

With Physio led classes that structure creates a more considered and personalised training experience.

Could a smaller group change the quality of your strength training?

Group size determines how much individual attention you receive, how accurately your technique can be observed, and how responsive your programme can be.

At a ratio of four members to one physiotherapist, that level of oversight becomes genuinely more achievable.

It is a fundamentally different model to a class or gym floor.

Is the source of your hip pain actually in your hip?

Hip pain is one of the most common reasons people attend physiotherapy, and one of the most consistently misunderstood.

The pain you feel in the hip region can originate from several different structures, including the lumbar spine.

Identifying the true source requires a thorough clinical assessment rather than imaging alone.

At Stronger, assessment shapes everything from exercise selection to progression within our 4:1 small-group model.

Before joining, each member completes a one-to-one assessment with a Chartered Physiotherapist.

This ensures your training is guided by clinical reasoning tailored to your movement, your history, and your goals.

Rebuilding strength after pregnancy is not about rushing back.

It’s about reconnecting with your pelvic floor, restoring control, and progressing gradually with expert guidance.

Our small-group classes (4–6 women) provide structured weekly progression over 10 weeks - from foundational pelvic floor work to functional lifting and light plyometrics where appropriate.

All sessions led by Julia Hayes, Chartered Physiotherapist trained in pelvic health.
