It's a lengthy one but this podcast I found so interesting! I had recently bought Kelly's book 'Becoming a Supple Leopard' and then came across this podcast at random - but quickly connected the dots when I heard the material they were discussing.
The biggest takeaway I got from this was, 'What does your "movement" language look like?', as in how have you moved across the day. For example, has it been just simply standing to sit in a chair at a desk, car, couch? Or have you sat on the floor, cross legged, stretched your arms over your head? Each movement would represent another 'word' in your language. It was just a really cool way to think about how we move throughout the day.. maybe it might encourage you to have a think about your own "movement" language too ๐
