I am teaching Friday evenings and Saturdays -so you still get part of weekend to relax whilst enjoying your newly acquired knowledge

I am accredited with not just one but two professional organizations -FHT and IPHM, this ensures your qualification is recognized not just in Ireland but world wide

My course is in person and very hands on-which ensures you get access to over 25 years experience

I keep classes small so very relaxed atmosphere and questions are very much welcomed

The course consists of reflexology(both theory and practical) and anatomy and physiology

It’s a fantastic opportunity to either start in holistic industry or add on to your existing business model

Lovely text received yesterday from a lovely lady

I am starting my new intake in Professional Reflexology Diploma on Oct 9th

Love to see the power of reiki

It’s so powerful and calming at the same time

We need to just stop and assess

We are all ‘very busy’ but at what cost ? We lose sight of enjoying our lives

We just need a reset and that’s where reiki comes in -to balance our energy and help us to see what’s important

What a week collaborating with 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐉𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫 and her incredible programmes 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬𝟐𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫, 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭 and the 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤.

On Monday, I had the pleasure of joining Mary Jo for her 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬𝟐𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 programme with a fantastic group of graduates preparing for internships, graduate programmes and their first steps into the “real world.”

Together we explored practical tools and techniques to help manage nerves, pressure, confidence and change — combining Mary Jo’s practical communication and self-management tools with wellness techniques to support the mind-body connection. The energy in the room was incredible.

Tuesday saw Mary Jo delivering her brilliant 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭 programme to students in Elphin Community School with amazing feedback from both students and staff.

The second half of the week was spent collaborating with 𝐆𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐚𝐧 in Technological University of the Shannon on an exciting new 𝐂𝐏𝐃 event for the 𝐕𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 using Mary Jo’s 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤.

I’m delighted to once again be partnering with 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐉𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫 on this exciting event, bringing together practical wellness, emotional regulation and communication tools to support professionals working in such a caring but highly pressurised environment.

And to finish the week, we attended the Engineering Skillnet graduation in University of Limerick where 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐂𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐬, 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐞, gave such an inspiring talk about her Electrical Apprenticeship journey.

Feeling very grateful, inspired and lucky to work with people who are so passionate about supporting others through change, growth and wellbeing. 😊

Delighted to be part of Mary Jo Parker’s 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀𝟮𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 programme this week, supporting young graduates as they prepare for the transition from education into the workplace.

Mary Jo’s 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 and Campus2Career programmes are so closely aligned with my own passion for helping young people manage feelings of stress, anxiety, overwhelm and self-doubt with practical, usable tools they can bring into everyday life.

The room was wonderfully calm after the wellness session… perhaps a little too calm for Mary Jo who still had activities planned afterwards 😊

I genuinely believe young people need more practical wellbeing support like this as they navigate the pressures and uncertainty that can come with starting their careers.

A lovely group to work with and a collaboration I am very proud to be part of.
