Our rollout of Cloda has been developed in partnership with HCI, bringing together their expertise in quality, compliance and digital solutions with our experience delivering care in communities across Ireland.

In this video, Regina Connell, Chief Operations Officer at HCI, shares more about Cloda and the role technology can play in helping frontline care teams access trusted information quickly and easily.

For Bluebird Care Ireland, rolling Cloda out to more than 2,500 carers and support staff is an important investment in our people, our quality standards and the future of the care we provide.

We’re proud to be introducing Cloda across Bluebird Care Ireland in Partnership with HCI 💙

Cloda is an AI-powered digital assistant that will give more than 2,500 of our carers and support staff instant access to our approved policies, procedures and quality guidance while working in the community.

Whether it’s a question around safeguarding, infection prevention and control, or everyday care processes, our teams can access clear guidance directly from their mobile device.

For us, this is about making the right information easier to access, supporting our carers in their roles and helping us continue to deliver safe, consistent and high-quality care across Ireland.

Some moments go beyond care, they bring communities together 💗

This Friday, our Bluebird Care Limerick office will be hosting a Pink Coffee Morning in aid of Breast Cancer Ireland, raising awareness and vital funds for a cause that touches so many lives across Ireland.

We’re incredibly proud of Paula and the entire Limerick team for organising such a meaningful event, bringing people together in support of something that impacts 1 in 7 women in Ireland.

It’s a powerful reminder of the role our local offices play, not just in delivering care, but in supporting their communities when it matters most.
