Friday evenings, slowed down.

This autumn, there are two ways to slow down with Gealán.

Yin Linn | Yin Yoga
Slow, longer-held stretches, mindful movement and space to soften.

WEEK/END | Restorative Yoga
Fully supported poses, stillness and deep rest. No stretching. No striving. Just rest.

Both are slow. Both offer a pause from the busyness of the week. But they’re very different practices — choose what you need.

NEW DRAMA CLASSES — STARTING 18 SEPTEMBER!

I’m delighted to finally announce the launch of Gealán Drama School at Spás Studio, Bearna.

Drama has been part of my life since childhood — from Speech & Drama and youth productions, through university theatre and professional acting, to teaching drama and running my own drama school.

Now I’m bringing all of that experience together in a new space for children and young people to play, create, express themselves and grow in confidence.

Through drama games, improvisation, storytelling, character work and performance, we’ll explore creativity, communication, imagination and connection — with plenty of fun along the way.

FRIDAY CLASSES | 12-WEEK TERM

Caibidil nua, tús nua! Anew chapter for Gealán!

For a while now, I’ve been working away behind the scenes, giving Gealán a little rethink.

What began as a space for yoga and wellbeing has grown into something broader — bringing together wellbeing, creativity and connection through mindful practice, creative expression, learning and Gaeilge. Earth, Sea and Sky- three elements, different pathways, one Gealán. And now there’s a new home for it all.

The new gealan.ie is live — with more to explore, more to come, and some exciting new beginnings this autumn. I'm still fixing a few bits and pieces but I'm ready to share.

I hope you can come and have a look sometime. Fáilte roimh chách!
