I got asked a question this week that took me ages to answer. I really had to dig deep.

I realised that for my entire life, I’ve used that feeling of “not being good enough” as a superpower. It gave me the drive to be productive and the hunger to be successful. But honestly? It was just digging a deeper hole in my self-esteem. It brought me more hardship than anything else.

Sometimes we hold onto control so tight because we’re scared things will fall apart if we don’t. It’s a lot easier to stay busy than it is to sit with that “am I enough?” feeling.

If you’re exhausted from trying to control everything, save this post as a reminder! ✨
