Over 300 young camogie players today at Galway Camogie Wellness Day.

Doing what I can to share knowledge on not just being a skilfull athlete but also a healthy & strong young female athlete.

The sooner these girls start implementing good habits around sports nutrition, the better chance of avoiding some of the many risks associated with ie increased injury, immunity concerns, amenorrhea (delayed onset of Menstruation or loss of cycle), poor recovery & Performance, sleep upset and mental health concerns.

Particularly loved the segment on monitoring phone usage and cyber safety by Aoife Noone. Great to see John from and missed the great as she was on thr pitch doing what she does best 🏑✨️.

Well done on putting it all together and caring enough about our young camogie players. Noone like ya to organise 300+ 14 - 16 year olds 😁
