✨When magic meets nature ✨

I wanted to give a little shout-out to the lovely Sinead Murtagh Sinead from Whispers of Nature and share something very special she has created for me. 🌿💚
Sinead recently made me my own Southbound Soul Massage Oil, created especially for MARIA Magic Hands, and I absolutely love it — right down to my beautiful personalised label. 🌹

What I really love about Sinead’s work is the time, care and intention behind everything she creates. This isn’t mass-produced or rushed. She gathers flowers, leaves and plants herself, carefully dries and prepares them, and creates her infusions slowly, allowing nature and time to do their work.
My beautiful rose-infused oil, for example, is made over several weeks, with the rose petals infused in organic olive oil before being blended with jojoba oil. 🌹🌿

No rushing, no shortcuts — just time, nature, love and intention. And I think there’s something really special about knowing the story and the hands behind something you’re putting onto your skin.

Sinead creates so much more too — beautiful handmade creams, oils, infusions and lots of other gorgeous natural creations, each with that same care and intention behind them.
And she also made the gorgeous feather piece in these photos for me. 🪶✨ It is absolutely beautiful and has already found its place amongst my shamanic tools.

My Southbound Soul Massage Oil will now be incorporated into some of my signature massage treatments at MARIA Magic Hands, which feels like such a lovely collaboration — her beautiful plant work meeting my own massage and energy work. 💜

I’m so happy to be opening up two new dates for MARIA’S Magic Circle. 💜

These circles are about creating a little space away from the noise and busyness of everyday life — a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself and simply receive.

Each circle is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of just 8 people. This allows me to keep the space personal and relaxed, and means that every participant receives individual Reiki from me during the session. ✨

We’ll journey through the 7 chakras, weaving together gentle movement, breathwork, sound, guided meditation, Reiki and energy work. 🌀

And absolutely no previous experience is needed. You don’t need to know anything about chakras, Reiki, meditation or breathwork. Everything is guided — just come as you are. 💜

What a beautiful weekend at Féile Vegan 💜✨

I feel so grateful to have been given the opportunity to hold space and guide a meditation circle at such a gorgeous festival.

There was a little bit of everything — gentle movement, breathwork, chakra meditation, sound, and even some unexpected light language that decided it wanted to come through! ✨ I simply trusted it and went with the flow.

The energy in the circle was so beautiful, and hearing some of the experiences people shared afterwards genuinely touched my heart. Thank you to every single person who came along, trusted the space and shared the experience with me. 🙏💜

A huge thank you to everyone at Féile Vegan for inviting me and for creating such a beautiful, relaxed and welcoming weekend. The whole festival had such a gorgeous chilled vibe, and I'm so happy I got to be part of it.

And I'm really looking forward to bringing more of this into Galway and creating spaces where people can come together, slow down, reconnect and simply be. 💜

Sometimes when you’ve spent so long in survival mode, struggle can start to feel familiar… and ease can almost feel uncomfortable. 💜

One of the biggest things I’ve been learning lately is that life doesn’t always have to be a struggle. We don’t have to constantly push, force or fight to make things happen.

Sometimes it’s about trusting, letting go a little, and allowing life to flow. 🌿✨

I’m still learning this myself… but maybe someone else needs this reminder today too. 💜

🪶✨ What a weekend! ✨🪶

Another incredible weekend of Shamanic training with our wonderful teacher Parsons at the shamanic Institute.

This weekend was all about the Air element, with beautiful ceremonies, cleansing, sacred practices and connecting with our ancestors. 🤍

Such an interesting and powerful experience, and definitely lots to process and integrate over the next few days.

So grateful to Sylvia and everyone I shared the weekend with. 🪶💜
