Cochrane reviews are a specific type of systematic review, and two Cochrane reviews – one on acupuncture’s effectiveness for the prevention of tension-type headache (1), and another on acupuncture’s effectiveness for the prevention of episodic migraine (2), both concluded that acupuncture is effective for these conditions

The Preparing for Pregnancy Programme at the Crane Clinic was created for individuals or couples who are thinking about starting a family, or who are undergoing egg or s***m preservation to help optimise overall health for healthy eggs, s***m and a nourishing uterine environment for implantation and pregnancy.

Led by Áine Delaney, nurse, midwife and acupuncturist, with Bernie Doyle, acupuncturist and naturopath, and nutritional therapist Niamh Burke. The team have many years of experience in successfully helping people navigate their fertility journey.
