We are proud to announce that, following our first CARF survey in December 2024, we have achieved a prestigious Three-Year CARF Accreditation for our RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION: BRAIN INJURY SPECIALTY PROGRAM (ADULTS) AND PERSON-CENTRED LONG-TERM CARE COMMUNITY! Brampton Rehabilitation & Complex Care Centre is proud provide new services to people from all over Ireland. This unit is a separate facility to Brampton Care Home although it located on the same site.

We provide neuro-rebabiliation to people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) as well as care, treatment and rehabilitation to people with complex care needs.

Brampton Care Home is an upmarket modern Care Home and Rehabilitation Centre situated just off the Main Street in Oranmore, Galway a short distance from Galway City. It has an unrivalled location beside shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and all the facilities the bustling town of Oranmore has to offer.

No other care home in Galway offers such a unique town centre location, superbly integrated with the local community facilitating easy access by community groups, schools, local musicians, GP’s etc. In fact our local doctors are located in Oranmore Village. Several coffee shops and restaurants are within a very short walk.You can bring your loved one out for a treat in a restaurant, or to Aldi / Tesco to buy some snacks or indeed watch the sun go down over Galway Bay at Oranmore Castle nearby.

We cater for most types of care to include long term, short term, convalescent care, dementia, rehabilitation such as stroke & Cardiac/respiratory, post operative care etc.
We have also recently opened our Rehabilitation Centre and Complex Care facility.
