Everyone p*es!!

However, some will only p*e in the comfort of their own home or when they are satisfied no one is around. Do you have a fear of using a public toilets to p*e?

CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), meditation, breathing exercises and fully understanding the mechanisms of voiding(emptying the bladder) via pelvic health physio have been shown to be helpful and effective treatment options.

Not a fun fact!!! We like to think that no one urinates in pools, however a Canadian study in 2017 found urine present in every pool they tested.

So that figure of 75L came is from a large pool. If we take a 25m pool, similar to the pools we have here in Galway the figure would stand at around 30litres.
Still a lot of p*e!
