We are delighted to welcome back Michelle Ní Chléirigh, an experienced Yoga Teacher living in the West of Ireland. She is a certified yoga teacher, Compassion Focused Theraist and holds a qualification in Therapeutic Mindfulness. She has completed multiple trainings in trauma-informed care with Yoga Mandala Project and in Youth Mental Health First Aid. Her classes are bilingual, taught through Irish and English, and all levels of yoga and Irish are welcome! Expect a fun, engaging class taught with playfulness and care.

what: Health in the Park + Picnic
when: 1pm - 5pm Monday 1st June
where: St.Josephs Community Centre Hall, Shantalla, Galway city, H91 A4VW
Yoga at 1pm (free, bring mat + some spare)
Qigong at 2pm (free)
followed by BBQ + picnic from 3pm - 5pm.

All welcome ~ bring friends, family, neighbours

*An Activism to say ' Save Shantalla Park' - Galway City Council are selling 3 acres of the park.
