Dara Mats and Blackrock Cottage have teamed up to bring you a beautiful morning of self-care in their gorgeous new Pergola area!

Agus é ar siúl um Shamhain, is deis álainn é seo le moilliú, le scaoileadh leis a sean agus le spás a dhéanamh don nua.
Taking place at Samhain, it’s a beautiful opportunity to slow down, let go of the old and make space for the new 🍂 Join us in Salthill for:

🧘‍♀️ Morning yoga with Laura of Dara Mats
🥣 Healthy nibbles prepared by Blackrock Cottage
✨ Beautiful sound healing with Maureen Browne
🌊 All in the surroundings of Blackrock Cottage by the sea

This will be such a lovely morning and something a little different, created especially for Blackrock Cottage.

A wonderful day celebrating Standúns at 80! So proud to be teamed up with this 3rd generation run shop in Conamara. Lá álainn ag déanamh ceiliúradh ar an siopa agus ar ár gcustaiméirí. Bhí mé caillte ag caint is níor chuimhnigh mé ar phictiúir a thógáil ar corner bith, beagnach! Standún
