This refreshing citrus oil is commonly used in diffusers, baths, and massages — and it's especially known for its ability to stimulate the lymphatic system and boost circulation.

💧 Add a few drops to a diffuser or dilute with a carrier oil for topical use.
⚠️ Reminder: Grapefruit oil is photosensitive, so avoid sun exposure on the skin for up to 12 hours after use.
