Back to the gym after Christmas? 🎄💪

A short break won’t ruin your progress — but jumping straight back to your old routine can increase your injury risk.

After time off, muscles lose strength faster than joints and tendons regain load tolerance. That’s why week one is when flare-ups can happen.

Ease back in🏋🏻‍♂️
• Reduce volume
• Progress gradually
• Expect soreness, not pain

Give it 2–3 weeks and you’ll be far more likely to stay consistent.

Save this before your first session back 👌

New year, new goals 🙌

January is one of the most common months for training-related injuries due to sudden spikes in load after a quieter December.

The good news? With a bit of planning and consistency, you can massively reduce your risk. Train smart this new year and keep yourself in the game! 💪🎄
