This morning I joined 150 people from 26 nations for World Meditation Day organised by the Mindfulness Initiative with a meditation led by Dr. Mark Williams.

On World Meditation Day I invite you to take some time, just a few minutes, to be mindful in the moment. Perhaps enjoy a cup of tea mindfully, or take time in nature, you don't have to partake in a guided meditation.
