Beginner-friendly (no surf experience needed! and you don't even have to be a good swimmer)

Our friend, Erin Dolan, Diabetes Health Coach, is organising a Diabetes Surf Day with a surf lesson, a gentle yoga and breathwork session and homemade, glucose-friendly lunch and snacks.

Expect waves, warmth, good food (with carb counts), meaningful chats, and plenty of craic.

We are delighted to announce that we will be exhibiting at the Thriveabetes conference in Dublin this year.
