Mondays @ 7.30pm

Cost: 4 week block for €50
or drop in for €15 any week

📍Location: The Olive Room, based in The Palms Health and Wellbeing Centre Gorey

Classes are 1 hour in length. A hatha yoga style class which includes breathwork, mobility, a range of yoga poses and relaxation to finish the class feeling rested and rejuvenated. 🧘🏼‍♀️
Suitable for beginners and all levels, mats and props provided.

Cost: 5 week block for €60 (including June Bank holiday Monday)
or 4 class option for €50 or drop in rate for €15

📍Location: The Olive Room, based in Gorey

🍂Autumn - the season of change 🍂

For this block of yoga classes, we are focusing on grounding through change, releasing what no longer serves us and finding balance during the season of transition.
We are working on some balancing, twisting and grounding poses along with breathwork, meditation and relaxation. All beginner friendly!
A beautiful way to start the week.
