Join me tomorrow morning for a gentle, deep stretch yoga practice on the gorgeous Morriscastle Beach

Come as you are, leave feeling amazing

All you need is a mat or towel to practice on and drinking water

Optional but highly recommended, dip afterwards, ye can bring snacks for breakfast on the beach too

Please arrive 10 minutes early for parking and to get settled on your mat before we begin.
