There is something special about stepping away from your everyday life, even if it’s only for a few hours.

This retreat is an opportunity to slow down, move your body, reconnect with yourself, spend time in nature, and share the day with a community of wonderful people.

Together we’ll move through a gentle yoga practice, enjoy ceremonial cacao, spend time journaling, immerse ourselves in nature, and finish with a deeply relaxing sound bath.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need to be “good at yoga.” You just need to come exactly as you are.

A little update… Soul is coming to Arklow! 🤍

I’m so excited to announce that our new Thursday evening class starts on 13th August at 7:00pm.

After our sold-out Gorey classes, so many of you have been asking for something closer to Arklow, and it’s finally happening.

✨ Suitable for beginners and all levels.

Each week we’ll move, breathe and reconnect—not just through yoga, but by learning to connect more deeply with ourselves and something bigger than ourselves.

• €55 for 4 classes (reserve your place for the month)
• €15 pay as you go

people always ask me how can I get my nervous system to feel calm ~

Of course there are SO many answers, some complex and some simple. During my reiki and coaching sessions, I find myself teaching people how to simply have fun again. To get outside & think of yourself as part of nature, part of the cycles and not separate.
