The rules of book club remain simple, read the book and book the right sauna ✌️📖🐛 Tuesday, June 2nd @ 7:30pm in Dundrum or Greystones.

Incoming Family Friendly Session ☀️ You’re welcome back next Saturday, May 23rd at 10am!

Introduced and hosted by our founders Rob & Laura, to enjoy the benefits of sauna as a family.

This is a safe and unhurried environment, where kids can learn about how their bodies react to the cold and to the heat.

Drinks, toys, colouring pages and other activities in our chill out zones are there to provide fun breaks (or maybe they’re over the sauna and would rather colour).
