Rathmines runs on that clock. For over a hundred years it's been telling the streets what time it is. Buses to catch. Coffees to neck. Somewhere to be always.

We put a sauna a few doors down.

The contrast was done on purpose. From the hustle and bustle of modern day life to the calmness of the heat, of giving yourself back time. We truly believe both should live hand-in-hand with each other.

The sounds of Rathmines. The cars. The people. The shops. And now, the löyly (the steamy goodness 😉) rising from the stones.

We call it our urban oasis for a reason. Release. Relax. Recover. And embrace the unknown in the heart of D6. Now, upgraded and revamped.

When Fad Saoil heard dropped their newest sauna setup in Ireland… we had to send in a man on the inside 👀🌿

undercover operative. Mission: infiltrate, investigate, and report back. (He did NOT play it cool.)

But in all seriousness massive congratulations to the legends at Helios🔥 You’ve genuinely raised the bar for sauna culture in Ireland and we are HERE for it. The community is better because of what you’re building. Fair play to every single one of you 🙌

Because at the end of the day, a rising tide lifts all boats… or in our case, a hotter sauna sweats all the lads equally 😅🫡

"What is the best part of the job?"

We get asked this more often than you think. Matty sums it up perfectly here.

Seeing the difference sauna makes to people's lives day in day out, makes it all worth while.

The release. The fading away of the days troubles. The invigorating sensation after they come out.

We often discuss between ourselves about craving that feeling after someone has done a sauna and ice bath for the first time. The serotonin hit. Knowing that this has been what your body has been crying out for.

And that's what it's all about... listening to your body. What it needs. What you need. It's as simple as that.
