New term starting for Gentle Yoga on 16th April Just 5 spaces available. Only 2 spaces available in Chair Yoga and Strong & Steady - these classes continuing over Easter. Contact me asap if you’d like to join. All classes informed by over 20 years physio experience. Learn yoga philosophy as you practice yoga. All classes adapted to suit YOU. I guarantee you will never be bored, you will be gently challenged the right amount physically, mentally, and also fully rested. Hi everyone, I’m looking at starting a Pregnancy Yoga Class in Kilcock if there is sufficient interest. I am a certified Pregnancy Yoga Teacher and general Yoga Teacher, a Physical Therapist with a special interest in Women’s health and a B.Sc in Applied Health Science which focused on Pregnancy.
