It's that time of year - the weather is fantastic, so it must be exam season!

When someone in the house is taking exams, we all feel the stress.

Help to relieve the pressure with our range of essential oils. Ideal for rollerballs, which can be brought into the exams to help with clarity and nerves, or simply used in a diffuser in their room.

Take a look at our top go-to oils for exam stress:

- Rosemary - Improves focus, memory and mental fatigue
- Peppermint - Boosts focus, attention, and alertness
- Lavender - Calming, relaxing, and reduces stress
- Lemon - Uplifting and refreshing, improves mood

To make a blend follow this recipe:

3 drops of Rosemary
2 drops of Peppermint
3 drops of Lavender
2 drops of lemon

Blend together and add to 30ml of carrier oil such as Sweet Almond or Grapeseed oil.
