Most people see the treatments, but not always the work that happens behind the scenes.

When I'm not in the salon, you'll usually find me planning, ordering stock, answering emails, working on marketing or looking at ways to improve the business for our clients.

It's completely different from the pace of salon life and helps me recharge for another busy week ahead.
