Our Hybrid Clinical Training Program related to our Human Centred Approach to 24 hour-postural support, pressure care and related functions is being so well received by clinicians all over Ireland and UK
This blended program includes ~ 5 hours of pre-recorded webinar modules PLUS 2-days face-to-face Hands-On Training.
The feedback repeatedly highlights how the in-person Hands-on training days is changing the way clinicians approach the postural presentations they are seeing daily in their clinical practices.

NEW TRAINING DATES: INCL. TIME SENSITIVE: Secured Funding for 10 spaces (HSE) for upcoming course participation!

We are so appreciative to have secured another round of funding from the National Disability Services Office to support 10 practicing clinicians from the HSE and lead agency (S38 & S39) for participation in our upcoming Hybrid Clinical Training with the focus on our Human Centred Approach to 24-Hour Postural Care

This blended program includes ~ 5 hours of pre-recorded webinar modules PLUS 2-days face-to-face Hands-On Training.

The webinar modules will be released May 22, 2026, 3 weeks prior to the Hands-on Training extending ample time for review and digestion

The 2-day deep-dive Hands-on Training will take place in Kilglass, Co Sligo on June 12 &13, 2026.
**Funding does not include travel or accommodation.

In our clinical practice we field many questions related to Bariatrics and 24 hour postural-care.

The HANDS-ON IN-PERSON CLINICAL TRAINING element of Our HYBRID training programme related to 24 hour postural care, pressure care and related functions takes place on March 6th and 7th, 2026 in Co Sligo in the beautiful West of Ireland.

This hybrid workshop is anchored in our HUMAN centred approach, as opposed to the approach that is commonly used which centres around the equipment or technology.
The Hands-On Assessment is at the core of what we believe is our professional responsibility when seeking the best possible outcomes for our clients. Without the hands-on assessment, it doesn’t matter how many questions we ask or what kind of technology solutions we try - there is no way to really know what the body needs unless we also take a thorough and relevant look at the body first.

In the absence of conducting a thorough systematic hands-on assessment, the risk is high for omissions and errors in our documentation, justification and recommendations.
This is your opportunity to sharpen and practice your skills in this area!
