Kilkenny School of Yoga Bringing yoga to the people of Kilkenny with love and joy for the past 13 years. Training yoga teachers for the last 6 years.

The Kilkenny School of Yoga provides all the main styles of Yoga, pilate's and personal training to the general public. As well as this we provide nutritional information and workshops/seminars on Yoga and all aspects of healthy living. We also act as a place of further training for existing Yoga teachers, bringing world class teachers to Kilkenny.

Delighted to announce that Miranda will be starting Tuesday classes here at Essie May, she will also be doing a once off workshop on August 21st which you can book through her. Tuesday classes will be bookable through BookingHawk.
Miranda is a sought after yoga and feminine embodiment coach with over 20 years of experience in yoga and dance. Passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement, her classes create a welcoming space to build confidence, cultivate self expression and embrace embodied wellness.
