Fridays Wisdom …….
Anger is a natural human emotion. It tells us that something has hurt us, crossed a boundary, or left a wound that needs attention.
But when anger settles in and becomes something we carry every day, it can begin to weigh heavily on our minds, bodies, and hearts.
Forgiveness is often misunderstood. It doesn’t mean what happened was okay. It doesn’t mean forgetting, excusing, or reconciling. Sometimes forgiveness is simply choosing not to let someone else’s actions continue to take up space within you.
Healing begins when we gently loosen our grip on what is hurting us.
Not for them.
For you.
Because you deserve peace.
You deserve freedom.
You deserve to move forward without carrying what was never yours to hold forever.
Today, take a deep breath and ask yourself:
✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What would feel lighter if I let it go?
