Oh that darn Tongue!!

Tight neck
Blocked ears
TMJ

The problem could be helped by releasing your tongue!

I have found many trigger points in the tongue muscle, which sounds crazy!

Myofascial release on the tongue can have profound effects.

I personally regularly needle the base of my tongue to help release it. Post crazy gaa football tackles, car accidents, headbutting soccer balls, tonsillectomy, broken collar bone (never mind how much I talk! 🤣😶) etc. etc. Releasing the tongue is a must!

With carpel tunnel syndrome, so many practitioners only focus on the wrist, such a pity and a lost opportunity. If we truly get into the anatomy of it, you gotta look at the starting point.. the nerves! ✋️Ulnar & Radial Nerve Glides, see what relieves, then do those frequently & very gently. Maybe even do both at the same time, one the left arm and the other on the right. 🖖Thoracic Outlet Syndrome could be a cause, and it has to do with poor mobility at the shoulder collarbone/ sternum/ manubreum area and the traps/serratus superior posterior. So mobilisation and breathing drills are good techniques to bring to help alleviate the situation. 🤏 C5/C6 joint can also be an issue too. 🤞 One that may not be considered is cranial soft tissue mobilisation around the Lamboid Suture (back of your skull) 👀 Eye circles and eye tension relievers performed periodically during the day.
