These lads rolled in after a stag party and thought the hard part was over. Then came the heat, the cold and the battle for survival. Some sweated. Some screamed. Some questioned their life choices.

But they all made it out alive. 😂

A little thank you from us ❤️

Today was one of those days that gives you a bit of hope.

Running a small business isn't always easy. We have our good days and, honestly, we have days where we really struggle. But then you have a day like today, with the sauna busy, people enjoying themselves and this little community growing around us. It reminds us why we opened Kilkenny Grand Sauna in the first place.

It wasn't a mistake to build this place at MacDonagh Junction.

To everyone who booked a session with us today, and to everyone who has supported us along the way, THANK YOU.
It genuinely means more to us than you probably realise.
