Honestly….. so many first time clients walk in feeling nervous.
Worried their natural lashes are “not good enough”. Scared the extensions will look too dramatic.
When I meet a nervous new client I think information always makes them feel better so I cover as much on the consultation as possible until they feel more at ease.
Your lash appointment should feel relaxing, not stressful…..
